Young Professionals Placement Program

If applying for NetCorps or CIDA IYIP placements please indicate 3 or more placements you are interested in, in order of preference and take note of the eligibility criteria for placements under the Youth Employment Strategy (YES). Placements sponsored by Health Canada and HealthBridge do not fall under YES but priority will still be given to those who meet the criteria in the interest of assisting those applicants most in need and ready to launch their careers. 

Please send us the following information, preferably by email in MS Word format (please fax or mail whatever cannot be emailed):

 - A brief statement demonstrating your interest in the placement(s), how you meet placement requirements and how the placement fits in your career plan;

 - Resume;

 - Photocopy of birth certificate or passport (or other proof of age and citizenship);

Please note that if you are selected for an interview the following will be requested:

 - Photocopy of your degree / diploma, or a letter from the registrar or recent transcript as proof of education.
