CSIH is the Secretariat for the Global Hepatitis C Network in Canada (Global Hep C Network), that provides a virtual meeting place and a hub were stakeholders can exchange information, share their knowledge and find collaborative partners to work on hepatitis elimination in Canada and internationally.
Stakeholders of the Global Hep C Network include community based organizations, NGOs, public health units, academic institutions and medical institutions, as well as people infected by hepatitis C.
- The Hep C Knowledge Bank consists of academic articles in four key areas: prevention & awareness, research & surveillance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- HIV and HCV Knowledge to Action (K2A) is a joint effort of CSIH and the Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) focusing on program science.
- Again in 2017, CSIH gave leadership to the World Hepatitis Day Campaign in Canada.
