Workshop Presentations

CSIH organized and completed a workshop on hepatitis C prevention and awareness entitled “Building and Enhancing Capacity for Hepatitis C Prevention” that was held in Ottawa on November 4^th and 5^th, 2010.

Over 70 participants, from all over the world, came together to exchange knowledge and expertise in hepatitis C prevention services and awareness, education and communication for specific target populations. The workshop was a great success in sharing best practices as well as innovative models and tools utilized in hepatitis C prevention strategies, and in expanding the membership of the Global Hepatitis C Network. CSIH would like to thank the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) for making this workshop possible.
