The Maternal Mental Health Matters (MMHM) Symposium - Begin Before Birth  @ McGill will focus on evidenced-based interventions that seek to improve maternal perinatal mental health and, in doing so, bolster brain health in the next generation. Speakers will share their research and experience working in high- and low-resource settings in Canada, the USA, Australia, Vietnam and Nepal and with indigenous, immigrant and migrant communities.

Short Course on Qualitative Methods in Global Infectious Diseases Research

This short, introductory course will build participants’ capacity and research literacy to use qualitative methods to inform, innovate, contextualize, evaluate, and strengthen the delivery and utilization of healthcare services and technologies for infectious diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, HIV, malaria, ebola) in LMIC settings. Deadline for those needing a Canadian VISA is February 28th, and registration closes May 1st.
